ABOUT The Founder(s):
Born in France, Chef Simon began his education in the art of fine French pastry making in Nantes before immersing himself in the world-renowned restaurants of London, Sydney and New York. As a trained French pastry chef, Simon likes to create exquisite desserts with a unique blend of flavors and textures.
