On October 23rd, 2022, 6 professional Pastry Chefs from the New York area will compete in the second edition of BZH New York's Kouign Amann Battle!
Who?
Come and be part of the jury for the Public's Choice in this free event hosted by Salon Sucré in The Marketline. You can even enter the contest and have your own Kouign Amann be tasted by the jury!
When?

Where?
The Kouign Amann Battle will be hosted by Salon Sucré, the dessert bar of chef Simon Herfray located in The Market Line food court, below the Essex Market, in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
Why?
In parallel, the jury will award both the Grand Prize to professional contestants and the Home Cook Prize to amateur-made Kouign Amann.
